Owners can access Thai Life resort services such as the beach bar, Park Restaurant, meal delivery and spa treatments, subject to current availability and terms. Access is typically arranged through a written management or service agreement with Thai Life, which should spell out the scope of services, responsibilities and any fees. If you don’t live on site year‑round, Thai Life can also manage the property to oversee guest support, maintenance and services for a fee, defined in a separate management agreement.
